Mechanical Design Engineer
Completed 4 weeks internship in the Manufacturing Department. Analyzed the manufacturing units for deep freezers and worked on designing twin deep freezer as part of internship project. Additionally, a prototype was designed and developed to automate the condenser of deep freezer using thermo sensors and feedback to a microcontroller. The analysis was based on reducing the electricity used, and better efficiency of the product.
Field Engineer Intern
Completed 4 weeks internship in various departments of the industry including Lower and Higher Injection Molding sections, Electronics and CNC department. Interacted with multiple departments to ensure superior product quality and timely delivery of the product. Monitored the appropriate documentation of records to reduce losses. Coordinated with the Quality Assurance team and Production department to ensure the quality standards were maintained. Other responsibilities included managing proper storage of product to reduce warehouse losses, maintaining minimum stock levels, and daily reporting the dispatch of products to the planning department.
